At The New Old House Co. we offer homes with all the amenities, space and comfort that modern families need along with the old house charm and traditional architectural details that families love. Unlike volume builders, we design, build and renovate only a select handful of homes each year. This allows us the freedom, focus and time to create truly special homes that blend seamlessly into established neighborhoods. We do everything from the initial concept to handing over the keys. All our buyers need to do is move in and enjoy.
